I could not live there. My eyes and brain got dizzy just looking at that picture.

You show us loads and loads of gorgeous homes, nearly all of them "picture perfect." It's fun to see a room done up in a more eclectic style. I must admit, while I admire the sleek, neat tidy homes you share, my own tastes lean more towards this room. I like to think this person/people has an emotional attachment to all these pictures and rejoices in looking at them. I like the idea of a collection of objects having more meaning than the overall impact of the room. Then again, perhaps they'd be able to focus on each picture and appreciate it more if they scaled back on what they display and put the pictures on rotation. The world is divided into two types of people: those who keep things and those who get rid of things. This person is a keeper, and is rejoicing it in. I think the answer is somewhere in the middle: curated collections thoughtfully displayed. Such a delicate subject to decide how much to display at once.

justaweecatnap -- These people are "picture crazy" and even the fireplace is "framed". I agree they should curate and put on a rotation instead of the all at once approach. That way, they could buy more!

Hahaha....I totally relate to that collection of pictures ,as well you know, I just hung 35 George Washington engravings in my own house. But I'm not digging the framed fireplace and those strange pipes running up the wall. Throughly appreciated jusaweecatnap's comment. Midnight, I'm off to bed.
