They don't build them like they used to.
In the early 80's I had an old white vintage electric range with a double oven, and got rid of it for something black with stainless steel- more modern.
If only I knew Then what I've come to know Now; that I LOVE Vintage Things THE BEST.

Elizabeth S -- According to a famous saying,
"We are too soon old and too late smart." You can only hope your old stove is still making someone happy.

It is a beauty and goes so well with the cabinetry and tile. I bet those ovens bake and roast beautifully.

We upgraded the appliances in our new little cottage but alas all the rubber is coming off of the dishwasher racks and we will soon have to buy a new dishwasher....it really upsets me. It's a throw away world, I really hate that.

The Queen Vee -- Victoria, If I were you I would get replacement racks first. Nothing is more disruptive than having a dishwasher replaced, especially if it's not leaking. What does the company say about the peeling coating? Certainly you can't be the only one? Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving.
